My passion for design and my deep-rooted interest in Sikhism have been an inspiration. As a creative individual, I have always enjoyed expressing myself through various forms of artistic expression, and my freelance design work on social media has allowed me to explore my talents.
As I pursued my creative passions, I also found inspiration in my personal beliefs and cultural heritage. Being deeply connected to my religion, I started creating artwork that reflects the significance of my faith in my life.
When I learned about Vaisakhi London, an esteemed event that celebrates Sikh culture and heritage through art and culture, I didn't hesitate to apply. It is a unique opportunity for me to showcase my creativity alongside other talented artists and educate the world about Sikhism through my artwork.
Being able to contribute my artistic perspective and raise awareness about Sikhism at Vaisakhi London is a significant milestone for me, and I am thrilled to be part of such a prestigious event.

Parkash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, an artwork that portrays the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism. The artwork features a portrait of Guru Ji with the symbol of Ek Onkar in the background, representing the One Supreme Creator, and captures the shadow of the Udasis, symbolizing the spiritual journeys undertaken by Guru Nanak Dev Ji, during which he travelled extensively to spread his divine message and teachings. This artwork embodies the spiritual essence of Guru Nanak Dev Ji's teachings and pays homage to his profound legacy as a spiritual leader, poet, and social reformer. His inclusive philosophy of equality, compassion, and selfless service continues to inspire millions of people, making this artwork a visual tribute to his divine presence that transcends time and boundaries.

Shaheedi Gurpurab of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, a revered figure in Sikh history, attained martyrdom for standing up for his faith and principles. His unwavering devotion to the Sikh values of equality, compassion, and selflessness led to his ultimate sacrifice. This artwork portrays the solemnity of the occasion with its light tones, signifying the calmness and resilience in the face of adversity. The pink background represents the peace that Guru Arjan Dev Ji sought to uphold, which is also reflected in the chabeel, a sweet and refreshing drink that is distributed by Gurdwaras around the world during Shaheedi Gurpurab.
